Marketing Plan Services for Single Parents & Teens Foundation of Dallas, Inc., intends to position itself as the provider of support services for single parents who very often have financial commitments and who may not be in a position to provide their children with the appropriate support mechanisms (child care, extra-curricular activities, etc.) that will allow them to participate as contributing members of the community. In addition, we believe that by providing educational oportunities to the families in our community will allow them to improve their job skills, life and financial goals.

Promotional Strategy
Elicia Crouch with the assistance of other board members and staff develops most of the advertising and promotions for the Foundation. This includes flyers, brochures and radio and television publicity. Low-cost newspaper advertising also is included in the program. A variety of services are delivered to the target groups using state resources, voluntary organizations and concerned citizens.

Service Delivery
All participants are required to attend an interview to identify the services they wish to access and a development program will be agreed upon. All participants will be required to have an attendance of at least 85% for the chosen program or activity.
It is also possible that the participants may have access to food vouchers, temporary, short-term waivers or subsidies of electricity and other utility bills if funding permits. These waivers or subsidies will operate for between six (6) to twelve (12) month periods and will usually be part of a money management plan that assists the single parents to regain financial stability.
