The Founder, Ms. Elicia Crouch, is contributing her significant childcare experience, knowledge, and business skills. Ms. Crouch is an expert in childcare with a very good reputation. Her vast expertise gives Single Parents & Teens Foundation of Dallas, Inc., a solid base for the distribution of community support services to single parents. The Foundation will initially operate in the state of Texas, Dallas County.

The marketing plan for Single Parents & Teens Foundation of Dallas, Inc., was designed to initially meet the need of single parents and their children to have access to basic medical care, basic financial management & other educational programs and after hours activities for children and teens. Simple marketing and advertising strategies are designed to target the low and moderate income families.

Single parents who do not have the money to afford childcare and support programs because either they do not qualify for them or simply cannot afford them.

The approach that Single Parents & Teens Foundation of Dallas, Inc., is to appeal to the state and concerned community members to make contributions towards the cost of making these facilities available.

Currently, although numerous childcare facilities operate within the Dallas area, services are generally restricted to specific time frames and extra care, and training may be beyond the reach of the single parent due to the additional expenses that different programs may incur. Single Parents & Teens Foundation of Dallas, Inc., therefore has an excellent opportunity to provide additional childcare and support services to a large number of individuals.

Elicia Crouch — Background

Elicia Crouch, has resided in Dallas for the last 21 years. She is a graduate of the Education Direct School, Pennsylvania. Since young age Elicia has been an entrepreneur and has excellent practical experience in different areas such as government programs, job placement with much of this related to childcare. Elicia has 12 years of experience in child care and as a licensed daycare Director.
